Yes, we guarantee that all products sold on My Perfume Shop are 100% authentic originals from the official designers. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that because perfumes are classified as hazardous materials due to alcohol content, they must be shipped via ground transportation.
What is your return policy for opened perfumes?
To maintain hygiene standards, we only accept returns on unopened and sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase. We recommend purchasing a sample vial before committing to a full-size bottle.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping them in the bathroom where temperature fluctuations occur.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States due to international regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based liquids.
What is the difference between EDP and EDT?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%), making it longer-lasting. Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5-15%) and is generally lighter and better for daytime wear.
