Return Process

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original, cellophane-wrapped packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all promotional items are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
